  3. Baked or steamed fish (100 gr.), apple, grapefruit.

Day 4

  1. Zucchini fried in a dry pan (160 g), eggs (2 pcs.).
  2. Turkey pieces steamed in water (150 g), tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper.
